Timescale To Submit: Application processing typically takes 2 to 4 months, with timing varying based on the complexity of the applicant’s immigration history. We’ll promptly inform you if there’s a likelihood of longer processing times.

Additionally, the estimated number of hours and fees provided are based on the information provided. Actual applications may vary, and we can offer a more precise estimate once we have further details about your case.

Who Will Carry Out The Work? In our terms of business, which you’ll receive at the onset of your case, we disclose hourly fee rates for our professional staff. However, when quoting for work, we typically offer a range of potential fees to encompass all tasks involved in your application, including:

• We offer advice on the submission method, including priority, premium, or standard servicing options.
• We evaluate supporting evidence and provide guidance on its adequacy.
• We aid in obtaining additional evidence, liaising with third parties where permitted, such as medical experts, banks, and employers.
• We compile applications with all necessary supporting evidence.
• We craft detailed representations, organize them with an index, and finalize the application for submission.
• Further submission/ providing updates on progress

Hearings at other venues can be arranged upon request. Counsel can also be instructed upon request, and their fees will need to be negotiated individually.

All fees are exclusive of VAT, which is currently charged at 20% (totals shown above).

Disbursements: Any disbursements will need to be paid separately in addition to our service fees. Examples include home office/visa application fees, court application fees, postage, interpreting/translation services, medical report fees, expert report fees, mileage/travel expenses, etc. This list is not exhaustive and serves only as a guide.
