Most Conveyancing needs can take about 8 weeks, depending on specifics this could be a few weeks shorter or longer.

- Providing guidance on Conveyancing rules and required evidence for your application.
- We offer advice on the submission method, including priority, premium, or standard servicing options.
- We evaluate supporting evidence and provide guidance on its adequacy.
- We aid in obtaining additional evidence, liaising with third parties where permitted, such as medical experts, banks, and employers.
- We compile applications with all necessary supporting evidence.
- We craft detailed representations, organize them with an index, and finalize the application for submission.
- Further submission/ providing updates on progress
Conveyancing costs
Hearings at other venues can be arranged upon request. Counsel can also be instructed upon request, and their fees will need to be negotiated individually.
All fees are exclusive of VAT, which is currently charged at 20% (totals shown above).
Disbursements: Any disbursements will need to be paid separately in addition to our service fees. Examples include home office/visa application fees, court application fees, postage, interpreting/translation services, medical report fees, expert report fees, mileage/travel expenses, etc. This list is not exhaustive and serves only as a guide.
